HAWT!!!! i’d kill to just stare into his eyes… his silent mysterious-ness… (speak to me babeh… and tell me all your secrets… *wink*) his babyboy look… and his "i-wish-i-could-run-my-hands-thru" hair… LOVES IT! thinking about him is like a SIN!

Number 1: and finally… MY numbero uno… non-other than FABIO CANNAVARO. YES!! how can he not be the number one?? after all he is the captain of the HOTTEST team in WC… that can only make him the HOTTEST of the HOTTIES! and he doesn’t even need hair to make him look fine! yumm….

World Cup is such an emotional period. These recent games has brought me close to tears. When Spain first lost, i almost brokedown but i was soooo confident that the Brazillians would avenge the death of the Spaniards. Not to mention the "conspiratorial" election of a Spanish referee, i thought, ‘damn, we’ve got this in the bag!’. Unfortunately, the French (whom i believe to have pawned their souls off to the DEVIL) is left unbeaten, yet again! My brother, had already expected it and he’s now just waiting for Germany to finish them off. I am hugely disappointed with the great Brazillians, but it should have been expected, seeing how they were not performing in par with the talent that they have!

As I see the faces of the footballers, I can only imagine the emotions they are going through. You can see how much effort and heart they’ve put into the game and the agony they have to go through after being defeated… sigh… it’s depressing… When i watched the game between Argentina & Germany, i wanted Germany to win and was so happy when they came back to score a goal. However, when i saw the way Argentina played, i knew that they deserved it more cause the German buggers lack motivation, couldn’t even keep possession to save their lives, and was just kicking back waiting for a penalty shoot-out. The sad thing was, in the end, Argentinian players looked like they’ve never practiced taking penalties before!

Last night’s game, i was torn between England & Portugal. I wanted Portugal to win soooo badly. Even with a terrible fever, i was impatiently waiting to break into a sweat (so that my fever would go down) and was doing everything in my power to achieve that, so that i could watch the game. When it came down to the penalty shoot-out, i though for sure, England would bag this! To my surprise, Lampard, Carragher and even my very own Stevie G missed. I was beyond the point of euphoria, until i saw the look on my darling, Stevie G’s face (yes, i am a Liverpool fan!)… sigh… it was like an arrow in the heart. It’s undeniable that the English team has such great talents, and hats of to them for doing such a great job defending AND attacking with only 10 men but I feel that England should have long gotten a new and more aggressive coach. Sven is just not the right person to handle such a talented team. They could have pushed so much further and achieved so much more!

The weird thing that i’ve noticed about World Cup though, is that you can’t runaway from your "curses" or shall i say, history. The fact that England have never won in a penalty shoot-out during WC, was repeated in this WC. And with Brazil, France (i hate them with a passion, hence the strikethrough) seem to be the team that can break them… and yet again, they did. It kinda is a bit freakish but maybe… it’s aaaaall a conspiracy!!!

My inspiration for this blog??

My kurma curry! Hahahah… I can’t believe how awesome my chicken kurma curry turned out to be! Uhuh yah…  it was my first time trying to cook kurma curry and at first, while I was cooking it, it didn’t look so good. (No the color was not green and no it didnt have a weird odor!) It was just a little too watery and the taste of the spices was too strong.

Yeaup… me being a self-proclaimed food critic… I knew it was all wrong. But the thing is… I am a natural cook… yes; born with the genes you see… and brought up the true Eurasian way (where we are to learn all the family recipes and start cooking at a tender age), that’s why I guess, the curry turned out oh-so-yummy without much effort of trying to rectify it.

Hahaha.. I’m so full of my self. Ouh well, the next thing that I plan on trying, is to make a dessert pie thingie that I saw on my dear friend, Jamie Oliver, his cooking show. When I do that, I’ll probably blog about it and let all of ya’ll know how it turns out.

yeah… when i finally have a break from my hectic Uni life, i can’t seem to be able to blog… so uninspired!

anywayz, i have to blog about how wonderful my holiday has been. first of all, it started out not too bad. sofia and i spontaneously went for Ghetto Heaven… sigh… the dee jay was HOT as usual… music, not too bad… but let’s just say that we made a few friends that i would rather forget after that looooong night. it twas a very weird night, somehow, it felt like an out of body experience, and it was my first time finding out that a place called Seminyir ever existed. yeaup… and did i mention that Ghetto Heaven sooooo totally sucks now! it’s quite empty… i guess coz all those underage boys and gals cant get in now that’s its strictly 21 and above!! (well, almost strictly) boo yaahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one thing that i’m so glad that i did so far, was that i met up with Faizal & Ibkaar!!! the best thing was, it was unplanned! gosh, i miss hangin out with u guys… and i can’t imagine how much you’ve changed ibkaar! but i totally understand why you’ve started that horrible habit! coz NS sounds like a living hell! i just hope you don’t get too hooked on it… oh and faizal… we all know how handsome you are… but you have to show off your beautiful features with a decent hair cut and a nice pair of shorts and sneakers… hehehe. it was great meeting up with you guys… i just wish one day, all of us could meet unexpectedly that way…

YES… it is time for De eLVee to
return to the world where its all pwetty and FUN!! hahahha… my finals are
finally over… and my long-awaited, hard-earned break is finally here!!!
muahahahahha!!! so i decided to start it off by bloggin’… yeah… kinda
sad… when im on break, everyone’s not around. *sobs* oh well… who cares!!!
im still on break damn it!!! and i feel like its just me against the world and
there’s nothing that can stop me!! (ok… need something to stop the crapping!)

anywayz… this is my not-so-adventurous, MUST-do list while im on break.

1. get a job. (to support the expenses of the other things on my list)
2. shop like crazy!!
3. brush up on my pool skills (so that i’ll be ready when alin comes home!
hehehe)
4. try driving around KL (all the way to ampang and back)
5. have a DVD movie marathon
6. eat yummy pasta from Pizza Uno and CPK
7. get in shape
8. catch up with all my friends.

Here I go rambling about my uni
life again! That’s all I’ve been doing nowadays huh? Yeah well, if you’re bored
then piss off! The final month of a semester can really drive a person crazy. Datelines,
datelines, datelines!! I’ve got four major assignments due in about a week’s
time then I have to do reviews on psychology colloquium for extra credits, do
my statistics homework, upcoming weekly readings and study for my finals which
are in 3 weeks time!!! It’s not really a matter of getting all the work done on
time; it’s more like… how am I going to make it great???  Sigh.

I’m even more stressed out now
that my mum is in Vancouver,
because this means that im my own driver! With the recent increase in petrol
price, you barely get 11 liters for 20 bucks!! I can literally see the pocket
of my jeans burning a small hole! Then, I have to pay for the bloody overly priced
parking fee that the damn Secure parking charges! Cause all students who can
afford going to uni are rich you see… I don’t even bother going to the main
block to find parking, it will only give me blood pressure and extra-unwanted
stress. You would think that with all the money our God damn “university-college”
is sucking out from us, they would actually buy that swampy land (those of ya’ll
who have been to Pusat Bandar will know what I’m talking about) and build a multistory carpark lar right? But no… all they do is pakat with the Secure
parking people to swindle all of us poor uni students! Ouh and did I mention
the lovely shuttle bus? Yeah… the one that travels at 1cm per second (you can
see all the cars overtaking the boom-shacker-bus)… it’s embarrassing to see that
our “university-college” can’t even afford proper buses that can actually take
you up the hill without sounding like it’s giving birth or something! Sigh. And
we supposedly are one of the top and have the most number of students in a private university-college…….
I am embarrassed.

i never really did a
continuation for Reunion now did i? hahaha…
i got lazy. oh well… it’s not too late. after all today we’ll be having a
final reunion dinner before my grandmum returns to Vancouver… and as you guys all know…
she’s bringing my mother along with her!!! hahaha… but only for two months
lar… it don’t matter to me tho… bring out your liquor and the drum &
bass!! we gonna party likes there’s no tomorrow!! KL… watch out! i’ll be
terrorizing your clubs! muahahaha… yeah… that’s like after my finals lar.
sigh… potong lar…
Uni life is really taking its toll on me. i have no idea how people get 4.0
CGPA and stuff. it’s crazy man!! this semester, i’m taking English as an
elective… which i’m totally regretting now! at first, the lecturer seem nice
and witty and smart. i used to enjoy going for her classes because it was
mentally stimulating. now, she’s really pissing me off with her
‘im-so-smart-why-can’t-all-of-you-be-like me’ attitude. it’s just fuckin
annoying! she expects our assignments to be as brilliant as her lar, u know!

and desmond morris". damn it woman! if we had all the money and time we
would lar! and who’s to say that they are the experts?? that’s your opinion lar
right… for pete’s sake… we’re only in the first year of our undergraduate
program! you don’t expect us to write amazing thesis papers in our second
semester! it takes time woman! not everyone was born brilliant like you!!
sigh… i dread going for english classes nowadays. next semester, im totally
going back to doing science electives man. i don’t care what people say about
taking an easy way out to increase my CGPA and shit… i don’t care! at least
im being smart about it…
